Hello all,

We had a great start to 2011. The Envision team worked really hard to publish the last three issues since the New Year.

Now it’s the beginning of a new financial year. Hope everybody has had a great start with it too! By now, many of you might have started working in your new roles and responsibilities. Have you started feeling the heat of the new summer season along with those new roles?

While everything around is new, it is time for Envision team members to change their roles as well. Team Envision has changed its structure and come up with new responsibilities — and that is obviously reflected in this issue.

The first prominent change is the launch of a series of articles called “Bringing Minds Together”. It is a self-narration — a sharing of experience by Decos group employees while travelling to different group offices across locations. I am sure this will help Decos India understand the culture of Decos NL and vice versa. For an individual travelling to the Netherlands from India, it’s not just a couple of weeks or months — it is an important phase in their career where the bond towards the Decos family gets stronger. I am happy that Suraj will start this series.

Last month we had some important events and announcements!

Paul’s visit to the India office is always an event for Decos India — encouraging and motivating for all of us. While Decos NL moved to a new office, the money raised from auctioning old office accessories and furniture — INR 2,48,000 — was donated to the Eklavya Nasa. This again shows that Decos is deeply rooted in the society of which we are all a part.

Every Decosian is positive about Devesh and Mitesh taking up their added responsibilities. We hope the duo will take Decos to new horizons in the coming future.
